1. General Information

HelpHive is a technology support service, providing both in-person and remote assistance for individuals who need help with digital devices, applications, and related issues. Services are provided by appointment and subject to availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or book services. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement or that a guardian is booking on your behalf.

3. Service Area and Scope

Our on-site services are available in selected regions in Finland. Remote sessions may be available internationally via platforms such as Google Meet.

We do not offer emergency technical support, and cannot guarantee resolution of all issues during a session. In complex cases, further appointments may be recommended.

4. Installation Disclaimer

HelpHive provides guidance, support, and installation assistance based on practical knowledge and personal experience. We do not supply any physical tools (e.g., drills, screws, mounts), and we are not responsible for structural issues such as wall strength or improper mounting.

If installation requires tools or wall-mounting, the customer must provide all necessary tools and equipment, and ensure that the surface is suitable for installation. We are happy to help — but cannot take liability for any damage or accidents that may result from structural limitations.

5. Payments

All payments must be made in advance or at the time of the appointment via accepted methods such as Wix Payments, bank transfer, or other options provided. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

HelpHive reserves the right to change prices or service details at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected retroactively.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Missed or late-canceled appointments may be subject to partial or full charges. Please contact us directly in case of emergencies.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes. Harassment, abusive behavior, or misuse of services will result in refusal of service and possible account suspension.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

While we strive to offer high-quality service, HelpHive does not guarantee that every issue will be fully resolved. Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, unless otherwise stated by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

HelpHive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including data loss or hardware failure, unless caused by gross negligence.
