• Affordable for everyday people: We keep our prices low by cutting big company overhead, passing the savings directly to you.

• Quick Remote Support - Up to 30 minutes - €19.99

• Full Remote Support - Up to 60 minutes - €29.99

• Quick Home Visit - Up to 30 minutes - €24.99

• Full Home Visit - Up to 60 minutes - €39.99

Payment Terms

• Payment is required upfront via the booking system on our website, or in cash at the time of service.

• We currently do not issue physical receipts, but digital confirmation of payment is provided automatically through our booking platform.

• If you need a formal invoice, please contact us in advance, and we’ll arrange one for you.

Session Duration & Extra Time

• Each session has a maximum duration as listed above.

• If your issue requires more time, we will schedule a follow-up session at the standard rate to ensure quality support.

Discounts & Offers

• First-time customers: Mention our flyer or website to receive €5 off your first session!

• Use the keyword HIVE5 when booking to claim your discount.

• One discount per customer; please mention the offer when booking.

• Seasonal promotions may be offered occasionally — stay tuned!

Booking & Cancellation

• Please book your session via phone or through our website.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a small fee.
